I have been the Official Makeup Artist for the California International Pageant circuit for six years and through that time I have worked with some of the most beautiful girls/women on the planet and have seen some of the most fashion forward gowns around but was stopped in my tracks when I came across Dress Prom's fashions and helpful website.
